Te Ata means Dawn in Te Reo Māori – the first dawn in the world. It was created to help people awaken their adventurous spirit and bring them closer to nature and all that it has to offer. We are looking for a Customer Services Manager to help us awaken more people to the adventure of life.

As a Customer Services Manager you will ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times. This role will include a large amount of customer services administration work; role addressing customer queries, arranging deliveries, and addressing any concerns in addition to physical customer services work; physically installing tents on rooftops and making deliveries as required. To ensure seamless sales and ultimate customer experience this role also includes some workshop and storage management which includes unloading containers and undertaking stock takes.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities
1. Ensures the highest customer service is provided at all times.

Actively builds and manages relationships with customers and ensures the highest level of services is provided personally and by Te Ata at all times.

Is completely accountable for the customer services process and results.

Undertakes customer deliveries

Installs products

Proactively develops processes to ensure the highest level of customer service is upheld at all times.

Manages all customer service escalations. Clarifies the customer's complaint, determines the cause of the problem, selects and explains the best solution to solve the problem, expediates correction or adjustment and follows up to ensure resolution.

Actively implements learnings for smoother operations in the future.
2. Manages the workshop for full-service service

Actively manages the workshop and storage facility to best support the growth of the business

Unloads containers and moves products as required

Undertakes stock takes
3. General business support

Undertakes various other tasks on an ad hoc basis to truly support the growth of Te Ata.
